It is normal for families at times go through ups and downs. There is a wide range of services available to help families get through these tough times, help build better relationships, deal with separation or deal with family conflict.

Parentzone

What: Resources, support groups, and helpful courses for parents who are facing challenges with young children and teenagers.

Ringwood Family Relationship Centre

What: Provide information and referrals for families at any stage of their relationships, as well as individual interviews, group and joint sessions (including family dispute resolution) for separating or separated families. Provides advice on parenting after separation and help parents focus on the needs of their children. They provide dispute resolution (such as mediation or conciliation) to help parents resolve conflict and develop workable arrangements (including parenting plans) for their children.

What: Provides counselling, group work and youth friendly medical services for young people and families experiencing or at risk of: Homelessness, depression, anxiety, social isolation, domestic violence, deteriorating family relationships, drug and alcohol, personal adjustment problems, and financial difficulties.
